Acrylic mural on canvas, installed above bar in Men’s Grill area
Megan painted this mural on canvas for installation in a golf clubhouse. Working closely with the architect and interior designer, McKeithan created a composite scene of the specific 13th hole on the course, including its signature waterways, live oak trees, Spanish moss, gentle rolling hills, resident eagle, herons, and other wildlife. Maxfield Parrish’s skies provided an inspiration appropriate to the Coastal Arts and Crafts architectural style. This mural was painted on canvas while the building was under construction then installed on location and can be removed for re-use.
