Mural inspired by the Moana Movie by Disney
Megan created this mural inspired by Moana by Disney around the walls of this children's bathroom. Moana and Pua the pig are surfing over the water as her Grandmother appears Granna Tala the stingray beneath the surface. The baby turtle Moana saved when she was young swims along undeneath. He turns out to be Crush, the awesome sea turtle in Disney's Finding Nemo movie, included as an Easter egg in the Moana movie, so Megan added grown up Crush to the scene as Maui carries along with him on his boat in the distance. Not to be left out, the coconut pirates appear over the door beside Hei Hei the rooster, while a seagull and shell adorn the adjoining rooms. Murals combining straight basecoated walls with fun characters are a great way to encompass the entire space without painting every inch as a mural.
